How do I start my free trial?

Visit our signup page to start your 30-day free trial. You'll need to provide payment details, but you won't be charged during the trial period.

What's included in the $29/month subscription?

Your subscription includes: up to 500 units, unlimited users, 5 AI experts, 250 AI queries/month, unlimited resale packages and meeting minutes, document management, and 10GB storage.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How does the AI expert assistance work?

ProveXa uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to provide expert guidance on legal, compliance, governance, meeting, and management topics. The AI analyzes your community documents and provides contextual answers to your questions.

Is my community data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and secure authentication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted from our systems.
