By accessing and using ProveXa ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ProveXa provides HOA/COA management software including but not limited to:

• Community management tools
• AI-powered expert assistance
• Document management and generation
• Meeting minutes automation
• Resale package preparation
• Member portals

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Free Trial

New customers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

3.2 Subscription Fees

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at $29/month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share your account with unauthorized users from other communities
• Not attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

ProveXa uses artificial intelligence to assist with document generation, meeting minutes, and expert guidance. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated legal, compliance, or financial information
• AI suggestions do not constitute legal advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProveXa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
